Isolated soy protein

       Soybean protein isolate is a full-value protein food additive produced from low-temperature soybean meal. The protein content of soy protein isolate is more than 90%, there are nearly 20 kinds of amino acids, and contains essential amino acids. It is nutrient-rich, cholesterol-free, and is one of the few plant-based proteins that can replace animal protein.

Applications

(1) Adding soy protein isolate into higher-grade meat products not only improves the texture and flavor of meat products, but also increases the protein content and strengthens the vitamin. Due to its strong functionality, the amount between 2 to 5% can play a role in water retention, fat preservation, prevent gravy segregation, improve quality and improve taste. 

 

 

(2) Soy protein isolate is used in place of milk powder, non-dairy beverages and various forms of milk products. Comprehensive nutrition, cholesterol free, is an alternative to milk food.
