Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate(SAPP)

       Sodium acid pyrophosphate is mainly used as a food additive, and is often used as a buffer, swelling agent, binder, stabilizer, chelating agent and emulsifier in the food industry. It can also react with sodium bicarbonate to produce carbon dioxide, so it can be used as a raw material for fast baking powder. In addition, sodium acid pyrophosphate is also used in meat, aquatic products and other quality improvers, as well as rehydration agents for instant noodles.

Applications
