D-Mannitol

       Mannitol is also known as D-mannitol. Celebrated for its delightful sweetness at just 0.55-0.65 times that of sucrose, mannitol shines among sugar alcohols as the only hexabasic variant that resists moisture absorption. With its perfect sweetness, low caloric impact, and absence of toxic side effects, mannitol is a sweetening marvel.
