Sodium Cyclamate is the sodium salt of cyclamic acid. Sodium Cyclamate CP95/NF13 can be used as a sugar substitute in soft drinks, liquors, seasonings, cakes, biscuits, bread, and ice cream. Sodium Cyclamate appears as a white powder that is approximately 50 times the sweetness of table sugar.
